THE BLOCK: CME Group CEO Terrence Duffy says the CFTC is making a "bit of a stretch" in asserting regulatory authority over prediction markets as a potential Supreme Court showdown between states and the federal government looms. "This will go to the Supreme Court, and I think that the states and the tribes will prevail," Duffy said on Tuesday at DC Fintech Week.
