    THE BLOCK: tZERO and Intercontinental Exchange have agreed to collaborate on infrastructure for tokenized securities markets, with tZERO serving as a design partner for ICE’s upcoming NYSE-affiliated tokenized securities platform. ICE will also invest in tZERO’s latest financing round and license its blockchain patent portfolio and the firms will explore using tZERO’s tokenized assets for collateral management at ICE clearing houses and other affiliates.

    ICE and OKX Launch Joint Venture for Tokenized Markets Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), parent company of the NYSE, and crypto exchange OKX announced a 50-50 joint venture to develop infrastructure for tokenized and digitally native financial products.     According to Fortune, Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), parent company of the NYSE, has invested in crypto exchange OKX at a $25 billion valuation and secured a board seat. The investment amount and specific terms were not disclosed. In the partnership, OKX will provide ICE with real-time prices for tradable cryptocurrencies on its platform. OKX users will also be able to trade tokenized stocks and derivatives listed on the NYSE, with this feature expected to launch in the second half of 2026.     According to Bloomberg, Intercontinental Exchange Inc. (ICE), the owner of the New York Stock Exchange, is in talks to invest in crypto payments firm MoonPay Inc. as part of a funding round nearing completion that is targeting a valuation of about $5 billion, according to people familiar with the matter.
