STBL Revised Unlock Schedule To the STBL Community, STBL was built from the outset with a long-term view: resilient financial infrastructure designed to outlast individual market cycles. As the protocol enters its next growth phase, implementing institutional-grade collateral standards and expanding infrastructure partnerships, we are applying that same discipline to our supply mechanics. Our governing principle is straightforward - token supply should grow in step with protocol adoption. To formalize this, we are revising the token unlocks schedule so that supply entering circulation expands in proportion to real-world adoption, product utility, revenue, liquidity, and regulatory maturity. Shared Stakeholder Alignment & Extended Vesting Runway Enduring protocol success requires uncompromised, long-term alignment across all core stakeholders. Demonstrating this commitment, founders and the core team have voluntarily extended their unlock cliff by 15 months, while our investors have extended their cliff by 12 months. Furthermore, protocol-wide token vesting has been extended by two years, shifting final schedule completion from March 2028 to March 2030. This measured timeline reinforces our multi-year trajectory and ensures that supply expansion remains closely calibrated alongside network growth. Near-Term 77% Circulating Curtailment & Formalized Restraint Under the original tokenomics framework, approximately 4.785 billion STBL (~48% of total supply) was scheduled to unlock by this stage. In practice, protocol governance exercised strict operational restraint, introducing only the initial 700 million STBL minted at TGE into circulation. The revised framework formalizes this operational discipline into binding policy. For the upcoming 12-month period (September 2026 through August 2027), scheduled token unlocks will be reduced by approximately 77%, scaling down planned emissions from 3.866 billion STBL to 900 million STBL. This adjustment materially mitigates near-term supply pressure while preserving the operational flexibility required to scale the network. Revised Token Unlock Schedule Scheduled unlocks represent the amount becoming eligible for release under the revised token schedule across all token categories. A scheduled unlock does not imply automatic allocation into the market. We are committed to providing transparency across both scheduled unlocks and allocations: Scheduled Unlocks: The amounts becoming eligible for release according to the revised token schedule. Token allocations: The portion of eligible tokens introduced into the market based on protocol requirements. Additional details regarding category-level allocations, technical deployment mechanics, and quarterly reserve decisions will be published as implementation progresses. Our operational philosophy remains clear - Build the protocol first. Grow adoption sustainably. Let token supply follow that growth, not lead it. Thank you for your continued partnership as we build STBL for the long term. STBL Founders and Core Team

Today marks a paradigm shift at the intersection of traditional finance and decentralized markets. We are proud to officially introduce RXUSD - a first-of-its-kind institutional-grade stable asset powered by STBL, representing the emergence of a fundamentally new category of onchain financial infrastructure. RXUSD is set to launch natively on @XLayerOfficial in collaboration with industry leaders @Securitize , @hamilton_lane and STBL. By combining the security and credibility of regulated real-world assets (RWAs) with the efficiency and accessibility of decentralized liquidity, RXUSD is designed to deliver a new standard for stable assets - merging stability, utility, and native earning potential directly within DeFi. This launch is powered by a uniquely institutional foundation: • ~70% tokenized money market exposure via USDG • ~30% institutional private credit exposure through Hamilton Lane, one of the world’s leading private markets investment firms with over $1 trillion in assets under management The underlying collateral infrastructure is issued and managed through Securitize’s regulated tokenization framework, enabling scalable and compliant access to institutional-grade financial products onchain. At the core of RXUSD is STBL’s proprietary Money-as-a-Service infrastructure, which separates principal from yield at the collateral layer before recombining them to distribute real-world returns natively onchain. Deployed on X Layer’s high-performance ecosystem, RXUSD is designed to enable scalable, capital-efficient liquidity across the next generation of global financial applications. Welcome to a new era of stable assets - where institutional-grade stability, real-world yield, and onchain utility converge. Pre-registration opens soon.

“Tokenizing an asset is the easy part. Giving it utility? That’s the real challenge.” STBL is solving this by becoming the infrastructure and distribution layer that transforms static tokenized real-world assets (RWAs) into highly liquid, usable capital. The Next Trillion-Dollar Shift: Why Corporations Will Issue Their Own Money We are entering a structural shift in the architecture of money. The last decade was defined by speculative crypto assets. The next decade will be defined by corporate monetary sovereignty. Today, the world’s largest corporations hold billions in idle cash. That capital moves slowly, settles on banking hours, and generates yield that is often captured by intermediaries - commercial banks or third-party stablecoin issuers. That model is unlikely to survive the tokenization era. 1. Turning Corporate Float into a Strategic Asset Large enterprises manage enormous float across supply chains, marketplaces, loyalty systems, and cross-border operations. In the traditional system, that liquidity is fragmented, operationally constrained, and dependent on banking rails. In the current stablecoin model, the economics are similarly centralized. A user deposits dollars. The issuer invests in Treasuries. The issuer captures the yield. As tokenization matures, corporations will increasingly ask a simple question: Why outsource the monetary layer of our own ecosystem? An ecosystem-specific stablecoin allows a corporation to: Control its liquidity layer Reduce payment friction Improve settlement speed Capture the yield generated by its own reserves This transforms float from passive capital into strategic infrastructure. 2. The RWA Expansion Changes the Backing Model This shift is enabled by the rapid growth of tokenized Real-World Assets (RWAs). Stablecoins are no longer backed solely by opaque off-chain bank accounts. Increasingly, reserves consist of tokenized U.S. Treasuries, money market funds, private credit, or other structured instruments directly represented on-chain. This creates flexibility. A U.S.-based enterprise may prioritize Treasuries for stability and regulatory alignment. An international operator may structure reserves differently depending on jurisdiction and risk tolerance. The key development is optionality - corporations can now design reserve strategies rather than inherit them. 3. The Regulatory Constraint - and the Structural Solution Under frameworks such as the proposed U.S. GENIUS Act, a stablecoin that pays yield simply for being held risks classification as a security rather than a permitted payment instrument. This creates a binary choice: A compliant payment stablecoin (no yield), or A yield-bearing instrument (with securities implications) The structural breakthrough is separation. Instead of embedding yield inside the stablecoin itself, a split architecture separates: Principal - a zero-yield, fully compliant payment token Yield - a distinct claim on the reserve income This mirrors traditional finance, where bond principal and coupon payments can be separated. The stablecoin remains a settlement instrument. The yield becomes a separate economic layer. This distinction allows corporations to maintain compliance while retaining the economic value of their reserves. 4. Why This Becomes Inevitable Three forces make corporate stablecoins likely over time: 1. Margin Compression: Enterprises will seek new efficiency gains as transaction costs and treasury optimization become competitive differentiators. 2. Tokenized Settlement: As supply chains and marketplaces tokenize assets, programmable money becomes a natural extension. 3. Regulatory Clarity: As frameworks mature, the barriers to compliant issuance decline. The result will not be thousands of speculative tokens. It will be structured, branded, ecosystem-specific currencies designed to operate within regulatory boundaries while optimizing liquidity. The End State: Invisible Infrastructure, Visible Sovereignty In the long term, the technology stack — blockchains, custody, clearing — becomes infrastructure. What remains visible is control. Corporations will not mint currencies for branding. They will mint them to: Control liquidity Capture yield Reduce settlement friction Own their economic layer The first wave of stablecoins proved digital dollars work. The next wave will determine who controls them. Explore more : www.stbl.com

STBL is preparing for the next wave of USST adoption. A strong foundation is what ultimately drives scale. After the overwhelming response over the past two months, our product and tech teams are focused on strengthening every layer of the STBL ecosystem. Here is the progress across our core pillars: Product: Designing and implementing the Tri-Factor model with incentivized dynamic mint and burn rates, flexible YLD burns and improved collateral unlocking. The Tri-Factor rollout begins in phases starting November 30. Infrastructure: Maintaining the highest standards has been the top priority. We continue to work with leading partners for security and reliability including Cyfrin and Nethermind for audits, Chainlink and Wormhole for oracles and bridging, and Hypernative for threat detection and risk monitoring. Collateral: Expanding integrations with high-quality RWAs to ensure sustainable value and long-term stability. USDY and OUSG are live, BENJI is currently in testing, and we are in the final stages of integrating additional private credit assets with one of the largest issuers globally. Utility Partnerships: DEX pairs and lending protocol integrations are in their final stages. These will undergo rigorous testing before mainnet activation. Minting: Progress on the above 4 key aspects forms the foundation for the next phase of minting. We remain on track with committed minting from investors, DeFi liquidity partners and private funds, all aligned with the Tri-Factor incentives and supporting ecosystem liquidity. ESS: There is strong momentum from payment providers moving toward MaaS. This shift is expected to significantly increase USST minting and drive ESS adoption across targeted ecosystems. This is the foundation we are building to scale sustainably and deliver long-term value to our community.

Inside STBL: What Makes Stablecoin 2.0 Different? In the first generation of stablecoins, users deposited dollars while centralized companies minted stablecoins and kept the interest earned on those dollars. Users received a stablecoin to spend, but the issuers earned from the assets backing it. Stability came at the cost of value to the user. Stablecoin 2.0 changes that. STBL introduces a new model where users - the minters can directly mint USST by depositing tokenized Real-World Assets (RWAs) as collateral. Minters receive a stablecoin they can use freely, while the yield generated by their collateral continues to accrue directly to them. This is powered by STBL’s split-yield architecture, which separates the stablecoin (principal) from the yield. The stablecoin remains fully usable across DeFi and real-world ecosystems, while the yield from the collateral continues to grow in the background. Unlike yield-bearing stablecoins that require users to lock their tokens to earn, USST stays liquid. You can use it, move it, or trade it and your underlying collateral continues to generate yield. This is Stablecoin 2.0, where stability meets productivity, and value flows back to the users who create it. Backed by high-quality tokenized RWAs, designed for real utility, and powered by uncorrelated yields that strengthen stability and reduce systemic risk. STBL: Scaling Stability Across Ecosystems.

  18. Published Social post

STBL is stablecoin 2.0: a decentralised version of Tether or Circle where users, not a central issuer, mint the stablecoin and keep the underlying reserve yield. USST and other ecosystem specific stablecoins issued on STBL are backed only by blue-chip, yield-generating RWA reserves such as tokenised BlackRock and Franklin Templeton funds. These stablecoins are always redeemable at par through the STBL protocol, regardless of secondary market liquidity conditions. This decentralised minting, redemption, and liquidity model breaks the synthetic-dollar paradigm and, for the first time, fully aligns stablecoin economics with users. Soon stablecoin 2.0 will be seen as inevitable.

STATEMENT ON RECENT MARKET SPECULATION We are aware of recent social media discussions concerning STBL, its team, and ecosystem activities. As always, we welcome healthy scrutiny grounded in facts and transparency, and would like to clarify a few key points for our community and partners. 1. Team and investor allocations No STBL team or investor wallets have sold or transferred tokens to exchanges, as reaffirmed in our previous transparency update: https://t.co/7ESLfzMfrZ All allocations remain subject to the published vesting schedules, fully verifiable on-chain. $STBL Tokenomics: https://t.co/ePK6T01xXB The project maintains disciplined supply management, with less than 5% of unlocked tokens expected to be used for operations this quarter, a structure designed for long-term alignment and deflationary net circulation through buybacks and burns. We would also like to clarify that STBL is not associated in any way with Wintermute or any entity referenced in recent speculation. Neither STBL nor its affiliated entities have sold any tokens; in fact, the team has continued to accumulate on-market positions to reinforce long-term confidence. 2. USST collateralization and status USST is a dollar-denominated, RWA-backed stable asset, currently in the final stages of launch. Minting Module and the Multi Factor Staking (MFS) Module are both undergoing external audit and final testing. Subject to successful completion, STBL will: - Go live with USST/YLD minting on https://t.co/SEFMndZhky, using tokenized RWAs on October 10, 2025 - Launch Multi Factor Staking by October 24, 2025 - Initiate USST mints targeting $100 million, starting with USDY, OUSG and iBENJI as primary collateral - Begin $STBL buybacks of up to $1 million per month from October 31, 2025 USST is backed 1:1 by tokenized U.S. Treasuries and money-market funds, held with regulated tier-1 custodians. Comparing $STBL’s market capitalization to early-stage USST collateral is therefore a category error! $STBL is a governance and value-accrual token, not a stablecoin itself. 3. Community and communications integrity We have grown through verified organic engagement across DeFi, stablecoin, and RWA communities. Our independent audits consistently show a healthy and legitimate follower base. We continue to work with recognized analytics and reputation partners to maintain transparency and data integrity. 4. Independent analysis of recent events We are engaging an independent third-party blockchain intelligence firm to analyze the recent orchestrated attack campaign and associated wallet activity. Their findings, along with all verifiable on-chain data, will be made available to the community once the review is complete. This initiative reflects our continued commitment to fact-based transparency and to protecting the integrity of the STBL ecosystem. 5. Partnerships and marketing programs STBL’s partnerships and marketing initiatives are strategic and transparent, with all material collaborations disclosed through official channels. Our focus remains on institutional integrations, ecosystem development, and product-led growth, not speculative promotion. Recent campaigns have prioritized awareness ahead of protocol readiness milestones, aligning communications with tangible progress. 6. Leadership and long-term vision Our founding and leadership teams have built and scaled multi-billion-dollar businesses in digital assets, fintech, and payments. We remain focused on building the programmable foundation for ecosystem liquidity, with USST as the stable, yield-backed asset and STBL as the tokenized value layer that powers and accrues from it. We encourage all participants to verify data on-chain and rely on primary, verifiable sources rather than anonymous commentary. Our commitment remains unchanged: to build the world’s most credible, transparent, and institutionally aligned stablecoin infrastructure. Onward and upward 🚀

STBL Community Update : Launch Readiness & Next Steps Executive Summary We are entering launch readiness for the STBL protocol on Ethereum. Version V0.5 of the Minting module and the Multi Factor Staking module are both in external audit and final testing. Subject to successful audit completion, we plan to: 1. Minting: Go‑live on Ethereum with Minting USST/YLD using RWAs on October 10 2025. 2. MFS: Go‑live on Ethereum with Multi Factor Staking by October 24 2025. 3. Execution: Commence our initial USST mint program targeting $100 million of mints, initially against USDY followed by iBENJI, starting October 10 2025. 4. Buybacks: Initiate STBL buybacks up to $1 million per month for three months, beginning October 31 2025. 5. Token Supply: Maintain a disciplined token supply release. We expect to use less than 5% of Q4’s unlocked supply for operations, e.g. ecosystem development and treasury, with net circulating supply likely deflationary due to buybacks and burns. 6. Marketing: We remain focused on product readiness and commercial execution, and we are upgrading marketing and communications to match the standard we set in engineering and business development.

You wanted direct value capture. We heard you. STBL’s buybacks (θ) and burns (β) now tie growth to token price - structurally. More details/action coming very soon! @stbl_official https://t.co/HdbYWZZUKy

Unlocking Capital Efficiency: CFTC’s Tokenized Collateral Initiative and the @STBL_Official Endgame The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has launched an initiative to explore the use of tokenized collateral in derivatives markets. The move reflects growing recognition that collateral management is a natural “killer app” for stablecoins. Key points from the CFTC initiative: 1. Objective: Evaluate tokenized collateral (including stablecoins) as margin and settlement assets in regulated derivatives markets. 2. Rationale: Tokenization can reduce operational friction, settlement delays, and costs, while enabling 24/7 collateral mobility across borders. 3. Regulatory perspective: Acting Chair Caroline Pham emphasized that tokenization is inevitable, and the CFTC is seeking stakeholder input (feedback due Oct. 20). 4. Industry alignment: Many market leaders view stablecoin-based collateral as a pathway to lower risk and greater liquidity efficiency. 5. Potential impact: If adopted, tokenized collateral could transform how derivatives markets manage capital, margining, and liquidity. Why STBL Represents the Endgame in Capital Efficiency STBL’s design, splitting real-world assets (RWAs) into USST (stable principal token) and YLD (yield NFT), offers a structural advantage over existing stablecoins. 1. Principal Utility: USST serves as a freely transferable stablecoin, suitable as tokenized collateral in derivatives markets. 2. Yield Preservation: YLD ensures that the economic rights to RWA yield are retained by whitelisted holders, even while USST circulates as collateral. 3. Capital Efficiency Flywheel: Unlike traditional stablecoins (which lock yield at the issuer level), STBL enables participants to deploy stablecoins as collateral while still capturing underlying RWA yield. This dual-token architecture allows the derivatives market to benefit from stable, composable collateral while investors continue earning yield. The result is the most capital-efficient collateral model available: 1. Margin requirements can be met with USST, 2. Liquidity is unlocked system-wide, 3. Yield accrues in parallel via YLD. In short: STBL is the perfect endgame for tokenized collateral, marrying regulatory-aligned stability with RWA yield capture, delivering the highest possible capital efficiency for derivatives markets.
