Introducing a Revolutionary Standard for Stablecoin Stability The Tri-Factor Stabilization Mechanism: Pioneering a Revolutionary Standard for Stablecoin Stability In the sophisticated realm of decentralized finance, a stablecoin must offer more than just a superficial peg; it requires an uncompromising foundation of resilience. To ensure that USST stands as a uniquely strong and enduring asset, we have architected the Tri-Factor Stabilization mechanism- a revolutionary and foundational stability mechanism designed to flawlessly balance ecosystem supply and demand. This novel framework sets USST apart from traditional models by deploying a highly responsive, automated peg mechanism that thrives on market incentives. The Tri-Factor secures USST through three interconnected pillars: 1. Dynamic Mint and Burn Rates At the heart of the protocol is a sophisticated algorithm that dynamically adjusts minting and burning rates based on real-time market realities. This automated mechanism calculates fees by monitoring five critical external factors: the precise price of USST, real-time changes in USST supply, shifts in liquidity depth, the USST/USDC price over a designated duration, and the resulting dynamic fees. 2. Converter Liquidity Provision The protocol empowers specialized, high-volume market makers known as "Converters" to act as the primary defenders of the peg. These ecosystem participants are economically incentivized to utilize their money market holdings to provide flexible liquidity and capture arbitrage returns, naturally driving USST back to its equilibrium. 3. Flexible Redemptions To guarantee absolute capital efficiency and trust, the protocol is designed to facilitate seamless partial redemptions, allowing minters and USST holders to confidently unlock and withdraw their underlying collateral at any time. The Mechanics of Unshakable Stability The brilliance of the Tri-Factor Protocol lies in its ability to automatically and elegantly self-correct during periods of market volatility: Defending Against Oversupply (When USST drops below $1): Should USST trade at a discount (e.g., $0.995), the protocol instantly increases the Minting Fee to a maximum of 10% to halt the creation of new supply, while dropping the Burning Fee to 0%. Converters are immediately incentivized to purchase this discounted USST from the open market and burn it. Because USST is strictly over-collateralized, burning the token unlocks collateral worth more than their purchase price, granting the Converter a premium arbitrage profit while efficiently removing excess USST to restore the $1 peg. Managing Excess Demand (When USST rises above $1): If demand outpaces supply and the price rises (e.g., $1.01), the protocol intuitively drops the Minting Fee to a minimum of 0.1% and raises the Burning Fee up to 5% to discourage collateral withdrawals. Converters are then incentivized to mint new USST at a highly favorable rate and sell it into the market at a premium. This elegant introduction of new supply captures profit for the Converter while safely and rapidly cooling the USST price back to absolute parity. The Tri-Factor Protocol is a paradigm shift in stablecoin design. By seamlessly aligning dynamic protocol fees with specialized Converter arbitrage and reliable redemptions, USST establishes itself as a revolutionary, rock-solid asset built to anchor the future of decentralized finance.

Architecting the Future of Tokenized Assets As we continue advancing STBL’s core institutional infrastructure, this week’s update highlights groundbreaking innovations that are redefining how stablecoins operate and how real-world assets are utilized on-chain. What we are building is the foundation of a new financial architecture - designed for the scale, resilience, and trust required in the tokenization era. Pioneering Innovations Blended Collateral Infrastructure for RWAs STBL is developing the novel infrastructure that supports blended collateralization across multiple tokenized real-world assets, allowing stable assets to be backed by diversified pools rather than a single source. This model, currently in testnet, will soon be deployed in our ESS infrastructure, introducing new capital efficiency and systemic resilience. Tri-Factor Stabilization Model Ensuring deep and durable stability is central to our vision for USST. To achieve this, STBL has engineered a Tri-Factor Stabilization Model, designed to maintain equilibrium even under significant market pressure. Dynamic Fees adjust in real time based on supply, liquidity, and market pricing. Converter Liquidity Provision leverages specialized participants to restore peg balance through flexible liquidity and arbitrage. Flexible Redemptions let holders redeem partial collateral seamlessly while maintaining systemic stability. This framework ensures confidence and stability at institutional scale. Instant Redemptions Architecture Following extensive dialogue with our institutional partners, we are pleased to confirm that the design architecture for Instant Redemptions is now complete and moving into development. This system enables any USST holder meeting standard vault criteria to redeem assets almost instantly. To enable frictionless exits while protecting yield for other participants, the protocol utilizes a centralized pool of designated Converters capable of processing redemptions in real time. Importantly, this design ensures that core Haircut reserves remain untouched, while the yield distribution for other users remains fully protected - creating a redemption framework that balances liquidity, stability, and long-term sustainability. Ongoing Development Updates Pegging Mechanism & Liquidity Scaling – The new pegging mechanism is fully operational, removing friction and supporting tighter spreads. Pool liquidity will be scaled aggressively in the coming phase. Benji Integration on Ethereum – Technical integration is complete; testnet contracts are ready to be added to the DApp. Stellar - The stellar smart contracts are in testnet & undergoing the second audit. MFS 1.5 Extension -In the best interest of the community, we have decided to extend MFS 1.5 by an additional 30 days. Given that our engineering teams are currently focused on deploying the ESS infrastructure and implementing the new USST redemption mechanics, this extension ensures operational stability without disrupting ongoing user participation. Importantly, rewards within MFS 1.5 remain substantial throughout this period, allowing participants to continue benefiting while these next-generation systems are brought online. At STBL, our mission is clear: to build the infrastructure capable of supporting the next phase of global tokenization. These updates mark early steps toward what we believe will become one of the most advanced stablecoin architectures in the digital asset ecosystem.

Contract Updates & Next steps We are pleased to announce that USST contract creation and deployment is complete and the protocol is now undergoing a full audit with Cyfrin. With this milestone set, we are moving swiftly toward scaling liquidity and expanding strategic partnerships. USST Contract Details and Coverage The USST contracts implement several critical features that support the Tri-Factor and the overall stability architecture: Collateral and Over-collateralization: USST is over-collateralized by high-quality Real-World Assets (RWAs), including USDY, USDG, BUIDL, OUSG, and BENJI. The contracts ensure that the yield earned on this collateral remains in the minted NFT, YLD. Segregated Structure: The contracts are designed with a Segregated Vault structure. Financial Parameters: Key parameters are established, including the Haircut (a margin on collateral value that ensures USST is over-collateralized and functions as a deposit), and the Minting Fee and Withdrawal Fee, both of which are dynamic and variable. Flexible Redemption Implementation: The contracts support flexible burning, allowing for the partial redemption of collateral by the fractional burning of USST. Dynamic Peg Enforcement: Crucially, the contracts implement the automated peg adjustment mechanism by automatically adjusting the dynamic minting and burning fee rates within pre-defined thresholds based on market conditions, maintaining the equilibrium. The updates also included provisions for the transfer of YLD to whitelisted addresses (Convertors). What Constitutes the Tri-Factor Protocol The Tri-Factor Protocol is the foundational stability mechanism for USST, ensuring adequate balance of demand and supply within the ecosystem and facilitating incentivised liquidity provisioning. It consists of three core elements: Dynamic Mint/Burn Rates: This involves the dynamic adjustment of minting and burning rates based on external market factors that drive those rates. Flexible Redemption: The protocol enables partial redemption on YLD to allow minters to withdraw collateral. Converter Liquidity Provision: This entails flexible and par liquidity for USST enabled through specialized ecosystem participants known as Converters. This flexibility also involves the whitelisted transfer of YLD to Converters. How USST's Peg Is Dynamically Managed Using the Tri-Factor The Tri-Factor's primary function is to enable an automated peg stability mechanism through dynamic adjustment of minting and burning rates, which incentivizes or disincentivizes these activities to balance the supply and demand for USST. The objective of the peg mechanism is to incentivize arbitrage to stabilize the value of USST to $1. The Role of Convertors and Arbitrage The system is designed to encourage market participants, especially Convertors to exploit price arbitrage opportunities to revert USST to equilibrium. The peg mechanism is driven by a sophisticated calculation utilizing five key external factors monitored across various venues: the price of USST, the change in supply of USST, the change in liquidity depth, the change in the USST/USDC price over a set duration (default: 1 minute), and the resultant dynamic fees. Convertors are essential high-volume liquidity providers and market makers who are incentivized to use their money market holdings to mint USST and drive arbitrage returns. If USST Drops Below $1 (e.g., $0.995): This situation signals an oversupply of USST. The system immediately increases the Minting Fee (up to a maximum of 10%) to stop new supply from being created. Simultaneously, the Burning Fee is lowered to 0% to encourage removal of existing supply. Convertors are incentivized to buy the cheap USST from the market (at $0.995) and immediately burn it. Since USST is over-collateralized (meaning $1 of USST represents slightly more than $1 of collateral, e.g., $1.001), burning USST unlocks collateral worth more than they paid, creating a profit (arbitrage). This action removes excess USST and pulls the price back toward $1. If USST Rises Above $1 (e.g., $1.01): This signals higher demand than available supply. The system reduces the Minting Fee (down to a minimum of 0.1%) to encourage new supply, while the Burning Fee is increased (up to 5%) to discourage withdrawal of collateral. Convertors are incentivized to mint USST cheaply and sell it immediately on the market at the higher price (e.g., $1.01), capturing an arbitrage profit. This flood of new supply helps stabilize the price back to $1. Next steps The USST team focused on conservatively building optimal infrastructure for USST minting to create a strong foundation before scaling. Contract Deployment Status: The contract features for the Tri-Factor update including the automated peg adjustment mechanism, partial redemption, YLD transfer, and vault segregation have been completed & are under audit. Deployment of tri-factor updated contracts on mainnet and enhanced testing with controlled minting will happen in December 2025 Immediate Next Steps (December 2025): The focus is now on the AMM initiation and controlled scaling of liquidity for DEX pools for USST Early 2026 Expansion: DeFi lending (Phase 1) and Perp DEX denominated USST pairs (Phase 2) are targeted for January 2026. Native minting on other chains (Q1 2026) Future Listing: The listing of USST on a Centralized Exchange (CEX) with USST/USDT and USST/USDC pairs is targeted for Q1 2026

STBL is preparing for the next wave of USST adoption. A strong foundation is what ultimately drives scale. After the overwhelming response over the past two months, our product and tech teams are focused on strengthening every layer of the STBL ecosystem. Here is the progress across our core pillars: Product: Designing and implementing the Tri-Factor model with incentivized dynamic mint and burn rates, flexible YLD burns and improved collateral unlocking. The Tri-Factor rollout begins in phases starting November 30. Infrastructure: Maintaining the highest standards has been the top priority. We continue to work with leading partners for security and reliability including Cyfrin and Nethermind for audits, Chainlink and Wormhole for oracles and bridging, and Hypernative for threat detection and risk monitoring. Collateral: Expanding integrations with high-quality RWAs to ensure sustainable value and long-term stability. USDY and OUSG are live, BENJI is currently in testing, and we are in the final stages of integrating additional private credit assets with one of the largest issuers globally. Utility Partnerships: DEX pairs and lending protocol integrations are in their final stages. These will undergo rigorous testing before mainnet activation. Minting: Progress on the above 4 key aspects forms the foundation for the next phase of minting. We remain on track with committed minting from investors, DeFi liquidity partners and private funds, all aligned with the Tri-Factor incentives and supporting ecosystem liquidity. ESS: There is strong momentum from payment providers moving toward MaaS. This shift is expected to significantly increase USST minting and drive ESS adoption across targeted ecosystems. This is the foundation we are building to scale sustainably and deliver long-term value to our community.

STBL is stablecoin 2.0: a decentralised version of Tether or Circle where users, not a central issuer, mint the stablecoin and keep the underlying reserve yield. USST and other ecosystem specific stablecoins issued on STBL are backed only by blue-chip, yield-generating RWA reserves such as tokenised BlackRock and Franklin Templeton funds. These stablecoins are always redeemable at par through the STBL protocol, regardless of secondary market liquidity conditions. This decentralised minting, redemption, and liquidity model breaks the synthetic-dollar paradigm and, for the first time, fully aligns stablecoin economics with users. Soon stablecoin 2.0 will be seen as inevitable.

STATEMENT ON RECENT MARKET SPECULATION We are aware of recent social media discussions concerning STBL, its team, and ecosystem activities. As always, we welcome healthy scrutiny grounded in facts and transparency, and would like to clarify a few key points for our community and partners. 1. Team and investor allocations No STBL team or investor wallets have sold or transferred tokens to exchanges, as reaffirmed in our previous transparency update: https://t.co/7ESLfzMfrZ All allocations remain subject to the published vesting schedules, fully verifiable on-chain. $STBL Tokenomics: https://t.co/ePK6T01xXB The project maintains disciplined supply management, with less than 5% of unlocked tokens expected to be used for operations this quarter, a structure designed for long-term alignment and deflationary net circulation through buybacks and burns. We would also like to clarify that STBL is not associated in any way with Wintermute or any entity referenced in recent speculation. Neither STBL nor its affiliated entities have sold any tokens; in fact, the team has continued to accumulate on-market positions to reinforce long-term confidence. 2. USST collateralization and status USST is a dollar-denominated, RWA-backed stable asset, currently in the final stages of launch. Minting Module and the Multi Factor Staking (MFS) Module are both undergoing external audit and final testing. Subject to successful completion, STBL will: - Go live with USST/YLD minting on https://t.co/SEFMndZhky, using tokenized RWAs on October 10, 2025 - Launch Multi Factor Staking by October 24, 2025 - Initiate USST mints targeting $100 million, starting with USDY, OUSG and iBENJI as primary collateral - Begin $STBL buybacks of up to $1 million per month from October 31, 2025 USST is backed 1:1 by tokenized U.S. Treasuries and money-market funds, held with regulated tier-1 custodians. Comparing $STBL’s market capitalization to early-stage USST collateral is therefore a category error! $STBL is a governance and value-accrual token, not a stablecoin itself. 3. Community and communications integrity We have grown through verified organic engagement across DeFi, stablecoin, and RWA communities. Our independent audits consistently show a healthy and legitimate follower base. We continue to work with recognized analytics and reputation partners to maintain transparency and data integrity. 4. Independent analysis of recent events We are engaging an independent third-party blockchain intelligence firm to analyze the recent orchestrated attack campaign and associated wallet activity. Their findings, along with all verifiable on-chain data, will be made available to the community once the review is complete. This initiative reflects our continued commitment to fact-based transparency and to protecting the integrity of the STBL ecosystem. 5. Partnerships and marketing programs STBL’s partnerships and marketing initiatives are strategic and transparent, with all material collaborations disclosed through official channels. Our focus remains on institutional integrations, ecosystem development, and product-led growth, not speculative promotion. Recent campaigns have prioritized awareness ahead of protocol readiness milestones, aligning communications with tangible progress. 6. Leadership and long-term vision Our founding and leadership teams have built and scaled multi-billion-dollar businesses in digital assets, fintech, and payments. We remain focused on building the programmable foundation for ecosystem liquidity, with USST as the stable, yield-backed asset and STBL as the tokenized value layer that powers and accrues from it. We encourage all participants to verify data on-chain and rely on primary, verifiable sources rather than anonymous commentary. Our commitment remains unchanged: to build the world’s most credible, transparent, and institutionally aligned stablecoin infrastructure. Onward and upward 🚀
