Q: What's the difference between yield from token emissions and yield from real lending? A: Emissions yield disappears the moment the emissions stop. Yield from Maple comes from borrowers paying interest on overcollateralized loans that fund real economic activity. One of those is sustainable. The other was always temporary. Institutional DeFi is maturing. @maplefinance $4B asset management products are accessible through Enso's API. Expert-led, onchain yield strategies are becoming a standardized infrastructure that treasuries integrate once and deploy repeatedly.
In 2025 Maple went from being a lending protocol to becoming the largest onchain asset manager. In 2026 we will focus on scaling the product range and expanding across new verticals and use cases.
Earlier this year Maple partnered with Bitwise and Cantor. This was a key step in bridging institutional capital markets with onchain asset management products. Traditional finance is actively exploring DeFi and choosing Maple.
In 2025, syrupUSDC and syrupUSDT went multichain with @chainlink. Maple's dollar assets launched on Solana, Arbitrum, and Plasma. The deployments unlocked capital-efficient use cases such as looping vaults, brought Maple's overcollateralized yield to new user bases, and laid the groundwork for further scaling in 2026.
syrupUSDC and syrupUSDT crossed $2.2B in dollar deposits, setting yet another new all-time high. Over $48M in inflows every single day on average for the past seven days with $340M+ in net inflows in total. Closest competitors are at an aggregated net negative over the same period of time. syrupUSDC and syrupUSDT are the #5 and #6 yield-bearing dollar assets by AUM and climbing. Maple is well on track towards becoming the standard for onchain asset management.

Core Foundation says it has obtained an injunction from the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands against Maple Finance. Core alleges that since early 2025 Maple used confidential information from their collaboration to develop a competing product, breaching a 24-month exclusivity clause. On Maple's prior announcement of impairments in its Bitcoin Yield product and the inability to return certain BTC to lenders, Core says the reasons remain unclear and raises serious concerns about Maple's business practices. These allegations and disputes will be addressed in subsequent judicial proceedings. https://t.co/V7NxeJkior
Maple Finance stands firmly in defense of lender rights and confirms there is no impact to our broader business operations as a result of the recent Core Foundation statement. The dispute is strictly limited to the pilot program conducted in partnership with Core Foundation for BTC Yield. Core Foundation’s actions are directly against lender interests. Maple denies any allegations of wrongdoing on its part and will be pursuing all available remedies aggressively to ensure Core Foundation is held responsible for the consequences of their actions.
