DODO Launches ChainPilot, the First Step in Its AI Journey
Today, we are introducing ChainPilot, our new CLI-based toolkit and the first step in DODO’s AI journey. Built on top of our existing infrastructure, ChainPilot is the beginning of a broader effort to extend DODO’s capabilities into the intersection of AI and DeFi.
As AI becomes a more capable operating layer for digital systems, a new question is emerging in crypto: how can AI move beyond reading and summarizing on-chain data, and start working with DeFi in a way that is actually useful?
We believe the answer is not only better interfaces, but better execution. In DeFi, that means giving AI the tools to quickly access information, evaluate risk, prepare actions, and execute on-chain workflows with greater speed and consistency.
Why AI, and why now
AI is increasingly being used to reason, compare options, and automate decision-making across digital environments. In crypto, that opportunity is especially important because the market moves fast, the workflows are fragmented, and the cost of manual inefficiency is high.
Today, most AI systems can analyze information, summarize data, or suggest actions. Far fewer are equipped with a practical toolkit that lets them reliably query token data, check wallet balances, assess risk, and interact with DeFi protocols in a structured way.
That gap matters.
For users, better AI tools can mean faster execution, fewer manual steps, and more consistent decision-making. For builders, it creates a path to agent-driven workflows that are more scalable than a browser-based or prompt-only approach. And for the broader market, it opens the door to a new class of DeFi experiences where AI can do more than observe — it can participate.
Our view is straightforward: if AI is going to participate in DeFi, it needs a toolkit that is designed for the environment it operates in.
What ChainPilot is
ChainPilot is our first release in this direction: a toolkit that gives AI agents the ability to interact with EVM-based DeFi workflows through a CLI interface.
In its current version, ChainPilot is focused on core DeFi and trading-related actions, including:
swap quotes
swap simulations
swap approvals
swap execution
swap revocations
token information and contract lookups
wallet balance checks
token, wallet, and approval risk checks
In practical terms, ChainPilot is built to unify the core workflows AI agents need on EVM networks — from information lookup and risk assessment to transaction preparation and execution.
This matters because ChainPilot helps AI skip the messy middle layer. Instead of relying on browser automation, scattered APIs, or custom integrations for every single workflow, AI can use a packaged toolkit that already knows what it can do and how it can do it.
That makes the experience more direct, more consistent, and easier to adopt.
Why this matters for AI agents
We expect the next generation of crypto workflows to be increasingly agent-driven.
That does not mean AI replaces judgment. It means AI can take over the repetitive and operational parts of the process — checking data, comparing options, preparing actions, and carrying out defined on-chain tasks when the conditions are right.
ChainPilot is designed with that reality in mind.
It gives AI agents a clearer path from intent to action, while keeping the focus on useful and practical DeFi work. In that sense, ChainPilot is not just a tool for execution. It is an operating layer that helps AI understand what it can do, what tools are available, and how to move through DeFi workflows more efficiently.
Try ChainPilot
We invite users, builders, and the broader community to try ChainPilot, explore the toolkit, and experience how AI agents can interact with DeFi workflows.

What comes next
ChainPilot is only the beginning.
We will continue exploring how AI can be given more useful, more secure, and more flexible ways to interact with DeFi. Future iterations of the toolkit will expand the range of actions AI agents can take, while keeping the focus on practical utility, protocol interaction, and on-chain execution.
As the AI and crypto landscapes continue to converge, we aim to build infrastructure that turns that convergence into real-world action.
This is the first step in DODO’s AI journey — and the beginning of a much larger roadmap.
About DODO
DODO is a DeFi infrastructure project focused on building efficient, accessible, and user-friendly on-chain trading experiences. With ChainPilot, we are extending that foundation into AI, with the goal of enabling intelligent agents to participate more directly in DeFi.
