Neo Legacy is ten years old. Neo N3 is about five. As we mark 10yrs of mainnet, I’d like to open a discussion on the philosophy behind Neo 4—a topic more developers have been raising this year. Personally, I believe we should preserve what makes Neo distinctive: Our dBFT consensus and the economic flexibility of separating governance from gas through a dual-token model. And build for what the next 5–10 years will demand: Privacy, Support for the agentic economy, Quantum resistance, An environment where chain-agnostic apps can thrive. Ultimately, it’s about making the entire ecosystem more robust
