ONE Token Supply: Year 2050 Cap, Snapshot Total, Migration Schedule This document explains the token supply of our ONE token at migration. We cap the amount by Year 2050 in our ERC-20 contract. We have reduced the exchange shortfalls but discovered additional losses during the snapshot. Hence, we airdrop first to active wallets while migrating the rest upon available supply. Initial migration distribution We plan an initial migration distribution of 14.028 billion ONE, after audit exclusions. Eligible wallets active within six months of the September 10, 2026, 14:00 UTC snapshot, with at least 1,000 ONE in combined wallet and staking balances at that time, qualify for the automatic distribution. Staking allocations follow the governor-vault rules. Another 3.590 billion ONE remains outside the automatic distribution. Eligible holders of older wallets need to sign an offchain signature to confirm active ownership. Some holders may never request distribution; those tokens would remain undistributed. These distributions come from the new ERC-20 ONE token on Ethereum Mainnet. Instead of complex logic or infinite amounts, we cap the total supply by Year 2050. Hence, 12.6 billion initial supply in June 2019 + 441 million annual emission × 31 years, totaling 26.271 billion ONE tokens. You may see the contract’s source code and audit report on our Github. The total supply by September 2026 (87 months since launch) is theoretically 15.797 billions. Exchange reconciliation Since our September 7 update, the exchange shortfalls decreased by 1.147 billion ONE, from 6.581 billion to 5.435 billion ONE, down 17.42%. The reductions reflect updated exchange records, frozen credits that can be cancelled, and deposits already restored on-chain. Historical audit findings The audit found 3,242,823,790 ONE created by previously undiscovered cross-shard hacks: These hacks credited ONE on one shard without deducting it from another. Older staking bugs in December 2023 added 152,712,221 ONE: 146,279,996 ONE from repeated undelegation payouts and 6,432,225 ONE from the max-rate bug until cleanup in June 2024. These amounts are included in the snapshot total reconciled below. The rollback removed the August 2026 forged credits. They are excluded from the 3.24B total. Tracing and migration exclusions The May 2025 and April 2026 hack contracts spread funds across 54,250 addresses. They created and destroyed contracts at predictable addresses to move funds without normal signed withdrawals, making the routes harder to see in wallet histories. We traced the internal transfers, checked the surviving chain and verified every recipient’s balance. We found 910,923,173 ONE remaining, including 910,892,144 ONE across 6,078 large addresses. We will exclude these balances from migration. Exchanges have helped check deposits and customer balances. We also shared the older hack traces for account checks. This helps identify who holds the funds and avoid counting the same amount twice. We will report further recoveries when confirmed. The audit found other balances to exclude: Each amount is counted once. These exclusions reduce migration allocations within the fixed 26.271 billion ONE supply. Wallet activity and later distributions The six-month group contains 3,663 addresses with positive allocations after exclusions. Activity thresholds below apply to wallets with at least 1,000 ONE in combined wallet and staking balances at the snapshot. The rows are cumulative and after exclusions. Shares use the total allocation after exclusions for wallets that held at least 1,000 ONE at the snapshot. Using 12 months instead of six would add 1,179,432,781 ONE to the initial distribution. The 3.590 billion ONE outside the automatic distribution consists of: This avoids sending tokens to inactive or inaccessible wallets while letting their owners request distribution later. You may check the status of any wallet at our migrate.country. Incoming transactions count as activity; they do not prove the owner still has access. LayerZero bridge collateral, multisig, and similar wallet contracts migrate in the next stage, regardless of activity. Technical reconciliation In summary, the 2026 figures compare with the Year 2050 Cap as follows: The September 10, 2026, 14:00 UTC snapshot contains 19,051,465,693 ONE in gross wallet balances, staked ONE, pending undelegations, staking rewards awaiting withdrawal and verified pending cross-shard transfers. This is the old-chain total before audit exclusions and the activity threshold. The initial distribution is 20.38% smaller than the total allocation after exclusions. The remaining allocations stay available for later distribution. The old supply endpoint reports 15.029 billion ONE using a historical reward formula. The endpoint estimates old-chain circulation; the snapshot totals on-chain balances, staking positions, rewards and pending transfers. The 4.023 billion ONE gap between the snapshot and the endpoint includes the historical hack and staking-bug amounts above, 309.647 million ONE in legitimate HIP-30 recovery issuance omitted by the formula, and 319.238 million ONE burnt at May 2020’s open staking.
