Raydium Commits $1M of Treasury to USDv, Partners With Solomon to Expand USDv Across Markets and Eco Raydium is committing an initial $1 million of its treasury to USDv and will support USDv pairs across its markets and launchpad ecosystem. As part of the partnership, Solomon has selected Raydium as the primary home for USDv liquidity and will deploy its core USDv liquidity on the platform. The partnership gives Raydium control over how the economics associated with USDv in its ecosystem are allocated. Using Solomon’s platform, Raydium can direct available income toward liquidity providers, trader rewards and incentives for new markets, with the aim of improving net economics for its users. "Solomon has built the infrastructure for platforms to take control of their stablecoin economics. For Raydium, that means more flexibility to reward liquidity providers, support traders and help new markets get established. That is why Raydium is stepping in as USDv's primary liquidity partner, starting with $1 million of treasury commitment.” – @0xINFRA The stablecoin side of a trading pair can represent a substantial share of the capital committed to a market. While that capital supports trading, the reserves backing it generate income. USDv allows that income to support the markets and users creating demand for those dollars. USDv is Solomon’s fully reserved stablecoin on Solana, with underlying reserve exposure to short-dated U.S. Treasuries. It separates the use of the dollar from the distribution of its economics, allowing the asset to remain available for trading and liquidity provision while rewards are distributed under each program’s rules. Raydium sets the allocations and commercial rules for its programs, with Solomon handling attribution, applicable eligibility requirements and distribution. In a token/USDv pool, for example, a program can reward LPs for eligible USDv inventory alongside trading fees and other incentives. An allocation toward trader rebates can reduce effective trading costs. Those choices can evolve with each market. A new pair may prioritize attracting liquidity, then adjust its incentives as trading activity grows. Across Raydium’s launchpad ecosystem, USDv quote pairs give teams a way for the dollar side of their markets to contribute to ongoing incentive budgets. “Raydium has helped define how assets launch and trade on Solana, earning its place as a market leader through continued innovation. It made sense for the productive dollar to find its home here,” – @oxranga Solomon’s platform supports these programs by tracking the dollars within each liquidity position. Once USDv enters a pool, a user’s wallet balance alone no longer captures their exposure. Across supported integrations, Solomon identifies the underlying USDv, attributes it to the relevant participant and accounts for changes as trading alters the position’s composition. This state awareness allows reward policies to apply while capital remains deployed. For users, participation in USDv rewards begins with a one-time opt-in. Eligible rewards can be claimed or streamed to a chosen wallet while USDv remains in a supported liquidity position. Participation requires no staking, wrapping or locking of USDv. Raydium’s initial treasury conversion will follow USDv’s September 23 launch. Further integrations across Raydium’s products will make USDv easier to find and use, while Solomon’s core liquidity deployment will support the expansion of USDv quote markets. The partnership brings Raydium’s markets and distribution together with Solomon’s productive dollar and economic routing infrastructure. As adoption grows, more of the income associated with dollar liquidity can support the people trading, providing capital and launching new assets on Solana.
