Only 290 People Worldwide Hold $100 Million or More in Crypto, Henley Says An estimated 290 people worldwide hold at least $100 million in crypto assets, according to Henley & Partners’ Crypto Wealth Report 2026, which combines on-chain data, public information and wealth-model estimates. As of Aug. 31, the report estimates 135,694 crypto millionaires, including 92,272 with at least $1 million in Bitcoin, while the global crypto-holder population has reached roughly 742 million, about half of whom own Bitcoin. Henley’s 2026 Crypto Adoption Index ranked Singapore No. 1 for a fourth straight year, followed by the UAE, Hong Kong, the U.S. and Switzerland.
