It's official. The CLARITY act vote is now complete and it will now take more time to get the act implemented in the United States. Injective’s strategy was built to move forward with or without CLARITY. The Senate’s failure to advance the bill does not matter. Injective has continued to push forward the boundaries for crypto and has built for major tokenization, institutional and everyday use cases that do not require the CLARITY Act. Here are just a few highlights we have in place: ✅️ Injective Institutional Services holds effective SEC transfer agent registration. That gives our registered affiliate a head start in maintaining official securities ownership records, a function institutions need as they bring assets onchain. ✅️ Together with Injective Mint, that foundation supports asset issuance, ownership administration, and transfer controls. Each deployment still requires the legal structure and controls appropriate to its asset. ✅️ Injective has more than $1 billion in residential mortgage records on Injective, addressing verification and data coordination for funded loans. ✅️ POSCO International and LG CNS selected Injective for a live trade receivables pilot rooted in actual commercial transactions. Businesses need reliable records and coordinated workflows regardless of a Senate vote. Existing SEC exemption powers also remain available and is likely to be the driving force in the short term to bring greater transparency to tokenization iniatives throughout the US.
