You can run escrow on-chain with Kaspa covenants. Lock funds with rules for how they can be paid out. A third party authorizes a payment to the buyer or seller. The contract checks their signature, who gets paid and how much. This example uses an arbiter. You can build other escrow designs by changing the rules for how funds are released.
