Introducing Open-Gen 🤖 After seeing the incredible Gen 1.5 demos, I attempted to reverse engineer the model and build an open source implementation because I don’t think models this powerful should be closed source. My hypothesis is that Gen 1.5 is a decoder-only transformer operating over continuous time, interleaving sensor, language, proprioceptive, and action tokens, with flow matching for action chunks and a reflex head for fast feedback.
