THE BLOCK: Kraken parent Payward is changing its approach regarding tokenized equities and corporate governance. Through a collaboration with Broadridge, eligible xStocks holders will be able to submit proxy voting preferences for shares underlying their tokens, after previously having no say in how those shares were voted.
