Coinbase to Shift Institutional Clients to Deribit, World’s Largest Crypto Options Exchange Coinbase plans to migrate institutional clients’ International Exchange accounts, balances and positions to Deribit on September 9, with trading expected to pause for about 30 minutes. All open orders will be canceled, while positions will be settled at mark price and recreated on Deribit at the same reference price. Existing API keys and margin loans will not transfer. Clients that decline the migration must close their positions and accounts by August 28.
