July 2026 Recap In July, we continued our work in market research and insights. We published three new editions of Eyes on the Market, and @DWFVentures released two research pieces covering prediction markets and RWA perpetuals. We were featured in @CoinDesk and @YahooFinance, renewed our partnership with @dmcccrypto, and announced speaking engagements coming later this year. Catch up with us 👇 Thought Leadership & Media @ag_dwf, Managing Partner, was featured in @YahooFinance and @CCNCitizens, following June's @Reuters feature. He discussed @Strategy's Bitcoin sales and potential long-term effects, noting that markets are pricing clarity over volume. Andrei framed the decision as the Fed prioritizing its inflation mandate over growth concerns. Potential effects are tighter liquidity, more expensive leveraged positions, and a likely shift to defensive institutional positioning. Yield buys attention, but not usage, and collateral is still the key decider in success. Weekday volume still outpaces weekends 2-3x, but weekend share has grown 25% since March. The article covers what happens when liquidity retreats faster than sentiment turns. Eyes on the Market Vol. 15 discussed how and why market structure can shift even when the macro picture doesn't. Eyes on the Market Vol. 16 - "Falling in Line" covered a red week across crypto and tech, investigating the size of BTC's drawdown relative to equities. The gap could be narrowing. DWF Ventures @DWFVentures published new research on prediction markets, examining the trade-off between commercial growth and forecasting accuracy. Recreational volume deepens liquidity and makes manipulation harder, but the shift raises structural questions about pricing transparency and whose signal the market is actually reflecting. @DWFVentures also published a deep dive on RWA perpetuals, discussing the state of the RWA perp market, issues the infrastructure needs to address, and where success in the sector lies in the future. Falcon Finance @falconfinance launched the Falcon Card, extending collateral to USDf and into real-world spending. The stablecoin stack now has a payment rail. Ecosystem and Events We renewed our strategic partnership with @dmcccrypto, continuing our commitment to supporting projects in the UAE region through fundraising, advisory, and ecosystem initiatives. Events We're looking ahead to a busy rest of the year at leading crypto events. @ag_dwf and @AlessiaBaumgar will be at @BlLife_Forum in Dubai: @Lingersj will be speaking at the @Yield_Summit during TOKEN2049: See you in August 🛠️
