Reuters: India’s Central Bank Says It “Leans Toward Prohibiting” Crypto According to Reuters, India’s central bank reiterated in government documents that cryptocurrency policy may need to “lean toward prohibition,” and recommended barring banks and financial institutions from holding, trading or gaining exposure to crypto assets and privately issued stablecoins to limit risk spillover.
