Russia’s Largest Bank Sberbank Plans Crypto Wallet Launch by December According to RBC, Russia’s largest bank, Sberbank, plans to launch a crypto wallet and digital custody service in its Sber and SberInvestments apps by early December following the expected implementation of the country’s new crypto law on Sept. 1. The bank is also considering acting as an intermediary for Russians trading on foreign crypto exchanges, subject to the final regulatory framework.
