Solved. RGB assets in Lightning channels are a different problem. Allocations are client-side validated and stored locally—not on-chain. When a channel loses state, the RGB allocation cannot be reconstructed from chain data alone. It exists only in the counterparty's local stock. bLIP-0072 defines how to retrieve it.
