Introducing primeUSD: Institutional Yield with a Low-Risk Profile Connecting RWA Markets The tokenized RWA market has reached institutional scale. $32 billion in on-chain transferable value, $15 billion of that in tokenized U.S. Treasuries, and permissioned lending markets crossing $1 billion in RWA deposits. What the market still lacks is the product layer: structured vehicles that package RWA yield into formats allocators can actually deploy into — that handle collateral selection, source the borrow side, manage distribution, and sustain demand across the stack. Vault Street builds that product layer. We connect quality assets managed by professional firms with the markets where access is instant, 24/7, transparent — and structure the connection into investable products with defined risk profiles. primeUSD is the First Vault at Vault Street The thesis. Short-duration sovereign debt — U.S. T-bills — is the lowest-risk asset in traditional fixed income. Tokenized T-bill MMFs bring that asset on-chain with daily liquidity, independent ratings, and real-time NAV. primeUSD takes that collateral and generates a yield pickup through controlled, repo-like leverage on institutional lending markets — capturing the spread between T-bill yield and stablecoin borrow cost across multiple turns of capital. How leverage is sourced. The vault deploys collateral on institutional lending markets that support prime RWAs — starting with Aave Horizon, built specifically for permissioned institutional collateral. Leverage is sourced at controlled LTV ratios, with allowlisted assets, venues, and on-chain actions enforced at the protocol level. When full leverage isn't available. Leverage availability moves with market conditions. primeUSD is structured to maintain a yield pickup even when maximum leverage isn't accessible. The vault's primary liquidity buffer is held in Savings GHO — Aave's native stablecoin savings product — which generates yield on idle capital and keeps the strategy productive across the full utilization range. This integration with Aave and GHO means the yield is structurally supported, not dependent on leverage being fully deployed. Stability and liquidity architecture. primeUSD maintains an external stability buffer to absorb peg deviations of stablecoins borrowed by the vault, ensuring NAV stability isn't exposed to short-term dislocation in the borrow asset. For allocators with liquidity requirements, Express Liquidity is available — a mechanism that combines ongoing yield pickup with redemption processing within 24 hours, without requiring the vault to unwind positions in real time. Building on the Strongest Infrastructure in the Market Vault Street builds institutional RWA products at the intersection of tokenization platforms, global investment managers, institutional lending markets, and distribution, connecting these players through investable products that create demand across the full stack. primeUSD launches with two assets that have done the most to make institutional-grade T-bill funds usable as on-chain collateral: USTB @SuperstateInc's tokenized Invesco Short Duration U.S. Government Securities Fund. ~$1B AUM, backed by Invesco's $1.5T investment management platform, and one of the most liquid and actively used RWA collateral assets on permissioned lending markets. JTRSY Janus Henderson Anemoy Treasury Fund, brought on-chain by @centrifuge. The first tokenized fund to receive an AA+f / S1+ rating from S&P — the highest rating category ever assigned to a tokenized vehicle. Both are short-duration by structure, daily liquidity, and available as collateral on @aave Horizon. We’re always looking to go deeper. If you’re an asset issuer, lending venue, or a DeFi/RWA growth team building in this space, let's talk → contact@resolv.im What Comes Next Vault Street will issue structured yield vaults across a risk spectrum, each built for a distinct allocator profile. Low-risk vaults are designed for capital-preservation mandates: ecosystem treasuries, protocol foundations, and institutional allocators whose primary requirement is stability. Yield pickup over idle stablecoins, near-zero drawdown profile, permissioned access. Mid-risk vaults target institutional funds seeking a combination of stable underlying performance and amplified returns through controlled leverage. Broader collateral universe, higher target yield, defined risk parameters. Opportunistic vaults are for expert allocators comfortable with higher variance in exchange for outsized return potential. Market-neutral strategy orientation, active management, higher leverage targets. The vault structure is designed to benefit every participant in the stack simultaneously. Asset issuers get an amplified, structured distribution channel for their tokenized instruments. Lending venues get sustainable, programmatic leverage demand. End-users get a product calibrated to their specific requirements — yield target, liquidity profile, reporting interface, access structure. The system is built from the fundamentals up.
