Pharos Monthly Logbook: June 2026 Dear Sailors, May had filled the network with infrastructure, partners, and yield products; June filled it with AI agents. For the first time, autonomous onchain entities began transacting, connecting, and earning on Pharos in volume, and the question shifted from "what can be built here" to "what can run here on its own." The RealFi Alliance widened into a complete capital stack, and the developer community shipped close to ~500 submissions across two flagship events. The voyage has a new crew now, and they don't all have hands. Let's see what happened on deck. On-Chain Insights The Pacific Ocean Mainnet continued to compound steadily through its second full month. By the end of June, cumulative transactions reached 17,860,000 across 385,420 unique addresses, with adoption tracking utility rather than speculation. The growth profile remained the one that matters most for a settlement layer purpose-built for real-world finance: addresses and transactions moving in proportion, throughput stable under sustained load, and new applications coming online without disturbing the rhythm of those already running. The numbers in June described a network settling into operational depth. Address growth of roughly 15,000 over the month was outpaced by transaction growth of nearly 1.5 million, the kind of widening ratio that suggests existing users are doing more, not just that new users are arriving. For an L1 designed around real economic flows, that's the right curve to be on. Community Pulse The community sharpened in June. New Sailors joined the journey, bringing the total to 1,017,975. Daily message volume averaged 1,815, totaling 67,203 messages, with 1,538 unique active members and 303 participating in voice channels. The conversation has matured into a builder's room: shorter idle chatter, longer technical threads, and a higher density of submissions, questions, and shipped work. The campaign slate matched that shift, with 7 concurrent programs giving Sailors structured ways to participate. The Pharos Skill Builder Campaign concluded with around 500 submissions for the Agent Center, validating the Skill Engine as a real developer surface. Pharos Alpha Summer: Create Like a PRO carried the creator economy through the summer, while Pharos Inner Circle: Make a Million, Become a PRO rewarded the Sailors compounding the deepest. The Pharos Dual Cascade Hackathon pushed builders into more ambitious onchain territory, and the Pharos x Anvita AI Agent Carnival opened the headline program of the month. Alongside these, the OKX XP Community Challenge expanded distribution into a major exchange's user base, and the PNS Domain Giveaway Campaign continued onboarding Sailors into the identity layer. Ecosystem Expansion June was the month AI agents started being a transaction. The Pharos x Anvita AI Agent Carnival launched as the next chapter of the Create Like a PRO program, with a 125,000 $PROS prize pool for Round 1 closing July 10. The mechanic is simple and telling: Sailors create an onchain AI Agent, connect with other agents, and execute agent-powered transfers, with a live leaderboard tracking Top Connectors and Top Transferors. It is one of the first programs anywhere to put autonomous agents into real onchain motion at community scale, and it works because the infrastructure beneath it, the Skill Engine introduced in May, the Agent Center, and the broader payment rails, is already running. The thesis sharpened further mid-month with the integration of ZAN's MaaS, which made $PROS a payment medium for AI models, with a 20% discount for developers paying for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and DeepSeek through the network. The implication is straightforward: if agents are going to operate at scale, they need a settlement asset, and $PROS is positioning itself to be one. The gateway for $PROS holders to capture more exclusive value is opening very soon… The vault story moved into its next phase in parallel. pALPHA holders entered a priority window from June 17 to July 1, with redemption requests open and early access granted to a new generation of institutional-grade vaults. 3 products anchored are still running safely: VRPC-Weekly offers 8% APY with daily liquidity, a $1 minimum, and a conservative risk profile, designed for flexible yield. VRPC-SemiYearly offers 15% APY with half-year liquidity, a $100 minimum, and the same conservative underwriting, designed for long-term holders. TulipaPRWA brings approximately 14% APY backed by real estate assets with on-demand liquidity, diversifying the RWA shelf beyond consumer credit. Faroo also opened a stPROS Pre-Mint, giving $PROS holders an early path into RWA yield. You can lock in through Pharos Harbour to keep alert: https://port.pharos.xyz/harbor The RealFi Alliance underwent its most significant expansion to date. 5 strategic partners joined to complete what Pharos is now describing as the productive capital stack: Circle for dollar settlement through USDC and CCTP, Avalon Finance to activate BTC as working capital, TermMax for fixed income, Primus Labs as the zkTLS-based trust and verification layer, and Tulipa Capital for institutional capital allocation. Each piece addresses a specific function in moving real assets onchain, and together they describe an architecture that is starting to look complete. The BTC layer extended further at month-end with the Bitfi integration, bringing bfBTC to Pharos and giving institutional-grade BTC yield a home on the network. Stargate Finance added cross-chain support for $PROS and USDC mid-month, KuCoin Web3 Wallet enabled native support for Pharos assets, and an OKX World Cup prediction campaign opened a $PROS reward pool to a broad new audience. Events & Conversations June's conversation was the Building the AI Agent Economy Space, hosted by Zach Humphries with Pharos CEO Wish, DevRel Lead Janesh, and Cobe from AnvitaFlow. The discussion covered why AI agents need blockchains, how AI applications are being built on Pharos, the distinction between AI Skills and AI Agents, and the shape of the autonomous economies now becoming possible. It set the intellectual frame for the Carnival that launched two weeks later. You can tune in if you missed it! Later in the month, CEO Wish appeared at the Synopsis for a recorded interview on how AI Agents will run Web3 finance, extending the same thesis into a broader institutional audience. Worth a watch: Articles to Read Two pieces from June deserve a place in the queue, and read together they describe the two halves of the world Pharos is being built for. Why the AI Agent Economy Demands a Financial-Grade Layer 1 Network While the industry debates AI hallucinations, the real race is happening at the infrastructure layer: Visa's TAP, Coinbase's x402, AntChain's Anvita, Stripe's MPP, Google and PayPal's AP2 — every major player is now building payment rails for AI Agents. The piece argues that none of these protocols can run at scale unless the value-circulation layer beneath them can bear the load. When 140 billion Agents begin transacting autonomously at fractions of a cent, legacy rails buckle: a credit card's $0.30 minimum imposes a 30,000% effective tax on a $0.001 micropayment, and 85% of financial institutions concede their systems cannot support what Agents will generate. What's needed is not another payment plugin but a financial-grade Layer 1 — programmable, micro-denominated, trust-anchored, and open by default. Essential reading for understanding why the AI Agent Carnival is more than a community program; it is a live test of the rails the next decade will run on. https://x.com/pharos_network/status/2065317217504575509 What BlackRock, Franklin, and Fidelity Are Telling Us About Onchain Finance The second piece reads the trillion-dollar institutions like a roadmap. BlackRock's BITA turns bitcoin from price exposure into a productive asset paying monthly income. Fidelity's FIDD puts an institutional-grade dollar onchain, backed by its own balance sheet and regulatory standing. Franklin Templeton's partnership with Binance mirrors tokenized money market fund shares as off-exchange collateral, letting assets earn yield and serve as trading margin at the same time. Three moves, three answers — to what assets should produce, who should supply onchain liquidity, and how traditional capital can participate without leaving the system. Together they describe a single shift: from speculation to RealFi, from price to yield, from chains as venues to chains as infrastructure. The article closes with the direct implication for Pharos: the network institutions now need must already have every layer of foundation in place. That is the network Pharos is building. https://x.com/pharos_network/status/2070327662418235459 Looking Ahead As July begins, the agents take over the deck. Round 1 of the AI Agent Carnival closes on July 10, the leaderboard settles, and the next round of programs opens for builders pushing the Skill Engine further. The new vault generation continues to scale as pALPHA holders complete their migration. The RealFi Alliance moves deeper into the network. And the thesis stays where it has been since the first logbook: real assets, real yield, real adoption, now with real agents operating alongside the Sailors. Together let's sail further.
