Grayscale Files Third Amendment for Proposed HYPE ETF Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart said Grayscale has filed its third S-1 amendment with the SEC for its proposed Hyperliquid (HYPE) ETF. If approved for listing, the ETF will trade under the ticker GHYP. Seyffart added that the frequent filing updates suggest issuers are getting closer to launch, and U.S. exchanges may eventually see three HYPE ETFs competing in the market.
