Plume Secures Bermuda Digital Asset License Launching the World’s First Regulated Vaults Plume said it has received a Class M Digital Asset Business License from the Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA) and plans to launch what it describes as the world’s first regulated onchain asset vaults. According to Plume, the vaults will support the onchain distribution of regulated tokenized assets under AML standards modeled on Bermuda stablecoin regulations and the U.S. GENIUS Act.
