The following former Attachés were promoted to Ambassadors in recognition of their consistent contributions and active participation within the program. BAT Ambassadors Program Revamp Updates from @bat_guilhermee The ranks will be readjusted by starting from the top down and promoting members accordingly. The Attaché role will be restructured, including updates to its name and permissions. Inactive members will be removed by transitioning them to Alumni status and removing inactive Attachés from the program. The member review and pruning process will begin on April 28. The Attaché role will be renamed to either “Pup” or “Cub.” A poll will be made available tomorrow for all Ambassadors to participate in the selection. BlackBook Bot Integration for Discord Updates from @bat_guilhermee A dedicated bot will be integrated into Discord to enhance program organization and communication. A key issue identified is that newcomers often lack clear guidance and direction upon joining the program. To address this, an accessible list of tasks will be introduced and updated weekly by both team members and Ambassador Leaders. This bot-based solution will provide a streamlined, native experience that simplifies participation and reduces operational friction for all members. /blackbook: opens task list /submit: submits task for approval /addtask custom: creates a task from scratch /addtask template: creates task from template /taskboard: all tasks /removetask /cleartask Miscellaneous ECHO Magazine Updates from @bat_guilhermee Reminder that ECHO #5 remains available for an additional week, offering continued access to the latest edition.
