Upbit Partners with Optimism to Launch GIWA Chain on OP Stack Upbit, South Korea’s largest crypto exchange, announced a planned partnership with the Optimism Foundation to develop GIWA Chain, an Ethereum Layer 2 built on the OP Stack. The testnet is now live, with mainnet launch pending.
