SNIP 38 is now live: strkBTC, Bitcoin on Starknet. Most Bitcoin wrappers today rely on a single custodian or a small set of opaque operators. strkBTC takes a different path: launching with a transparent federation of independent institutional signers, with a roadmap toward BitVM and OP_CAT-based trust minimization over time.
