Things discussed at last watercooler: 1/ NAP dropped Friday — it's a developer portal where you grab an API key, see every pipeline on the network, and start building. First version runs on Scope. More pipelines follow. 2/ The community is also figuring out how to fund builders better. Current thinking: give out network credits early, release more funding once real usage shows up.
