Ondo Global Listing: Day-One IPO Access Onchain, From the World's Largest Tokenized Stock Platform Ondo Global Listing is a new service designed for crypto wallets, exchanges, and blockchains to offer access to tokenized U.S. stock IPOs on the day of the public offering. New service for crypto wallets, exchanges, and blockchains to offer day-one IPO access to their non-U.S. users worldwide. Enables NYSE- and NASDAQ-listed companies to be tokenized across Ethereum, Solana, BNB Chain, and more. The tokenized stocks are permissionless and transferable outside the U.S., with stablecoin-like composability across onchain wallets, exchanges, and protocols. Ondo Global Listing enables newly listed NYSE- and NASDAQ-listed companies to be tokenized across Ethereum, Solana, and BNB Chain on day one of listing. This allows crypto platforms like wallets and exchanges to provide access to day-one IPO exposure to their users worldwide in near real time. The service builds on Ondo’s recent tokenization of BitGo stock on IPO day, which demonstrated the ability to tokenize economic exposure to a newly public U.S. company onchain across multiple blockchains at the moment it entered public markets. Unlike prior tokenized IPO offerings, Ondo tokenized stocks are permissionless and freely transferable, with stablecoin-like composability across onchain wallets, exchanges, and protocols (subject to certain jurisdictional prohibitions and restrictions). For non-U.S. investors, Ondo Global Listing expands access to U.S. capital markets by making exposure to IPO stocks available through the onchain platforms those investors already use, without the traditional geographic and infrastructural restrictions that have historically limited participation. Users will also be able to buy these tokenized IPO stocks at substantially the same price as in a brokerage account. The service is an expansion of Ondo Global Markets, Ondo’s tokenization platform for public securities. Ondo Global Markets is now the largest platform for tokenized stocks, representing more than 60% of the total market share and exceeding all other platforms combined by total value locked, despite having the lowest time in market. Since launching in September 2025, Ondo Global Markets has now surpassed $600 million in total value across 200+ tokenized stocks with tens of thousands of asset holders driving over $12 billion in cumulative trading volume. Ondo tokenized stocks are now live across Solana, Ethereum, and BNB Chain, supported by leading wallets, exchanges, custodians, and protocols, including Binance Wallet, Bitget, Trust Wallet, Blockchain․com, and more.
