Why does Web3 still feel so hard for normal people to use? Because we keep asking users to become power users. Most flows still require too much context: wallets, gas, network switching, approvals, signatures, and “learn the ecosystem” before you can do anything meaningful. Web2 won by hiding complexity: single sign-on, fewer steps, fewer decisions, fewer ways to mess up. Product has to come first. Everything else follows.
