The first asset launching through this partnership is the Garuda Sports Fund ($GSP) - focused on financing, operating, and expanding padel courts and sports & wellness infrastructure across Indonesia. @PruvFinance is a compliant RWA infrastructure provider approved under Indonesia’s OJK Sandbox, enabling the tokenization and distribution of regulated real-world assets. As part of this collaboration, Manta is directly investing in $GSP, with an exclusive 3-month arrangement starting Jan 1, 2026. -Why Padel Courts? ⛳️ Padel offers standout unit economics: 1️⃣ Only 200 sqm per court (3 padel courts fit into 1 tennis court footprint) 2️⃣ 92% player retention 3️⃣ 12–16 month payback in high-demand markets Globally, padel is projected to exceed 81,000 courts by 2027, with Indonesia leading Southeast Asia, showing nearly 400% adoption growth in under three years. -Bringing New Asset Types On-Chain 💰 $GSP represents yield dividend rights from fully operational padel court facilities, including courts in Jakarta already delivering ~30% annual recurring revenue (ARR). These assets will be bridged to #MantaPacific, using SPV-backed structures that connect real-world property titles with tokens, enabling fractional ownership and automated yield distribution via smart contracts. -Building Sustainable RWA Infrastructure 🏠 @MantaNetwork’s modular architecture ensures seamless RWA deployment, while Pruv’s compliant framework lays the foundation for long-term, sustainable RWA adoption in DeFi.
