Shipping w/ Metis: Hyperhack Projects Status Check Teams competed in the $200,000 Metis Hyperion Hyperhack, building AI trading platforms, decentralized perpetuals, modular agent frameworks, personalized AI companions and more. So what are they up to now? Post-hackathon, these projects have been busy shipping real products, onboarding real users, and solving real problems. Dozens of teams are building on the Metis stack right now, each tackling a different piece of the decentralized AI puzzle. We're highlighting four standout projects here, but this is just a snapshot of a larger wave of innovation happening across the ecosystem. The HyperHack winners are moving fast. Here's what they've been building. LazAITrader: Scaling for Mainnet in December October was all about security or @LazaiTrader. November has been infrastructure overhaul. After hundreds of test users during the hackathon exposed bottlenecks in the core architecture, the Dev @smartonstuff and the team made some key infrastructure changes. Now they're even more ready to build for real scale. Current stats: 110+ active users, 2 trading pairs, over 10K transactions executed. But the real work is happening behind the scenes. The team is building bridging capabilities to connect different chains and expanding across technical, business, and community functions. December Mainnet launch is the target, with deployment planned for Metis, Andromeda, or the LazAI network itself. By 2026, full enterprise mode. DogEx: Competition Proves the Platform The @DogexPerps project lead @mr_wagmi_cto and team ran their trading competition to stress test the platform before mainnet. The results? Over 10,000 open positions across LazAI and Hyperion networks, 2000 new users onboarded, and an innovative referral program that carries Testnet activity into Mainnet rewards. The competitions keep running. Active bounties reward Telegram engagement, Testnet trading, and feedback. The approach works: community momentum is building, and the team is collecting crucial data on what breaks and what scales. Haithe: Builders Getting Ownership Right @haithedotai shipped their core promise: AI agents where creators actually own what they build. Running on Hyperion testnet with the Alith AI framework, the platform lets developers create, configure, and monetize custom AI agents. Your prompts, knowledge bases, and tools stay yours. You build it, you control it, you earn when others use it. The toolkit is modular. Stack models, prompts, and knowledge bases like Lego to build anything from crypto bots to productivity wizards. And because it runs on Metis, gas fees don't destroy margins. Early testers are already experimenting and earning rewards as their AI assets get used. Both Haithe and DogEx were voted through Community Ecosystem Governance votes to formally join the Metis ecosystem. Welcome aboard! MetaMuses: Free Mint Live for AI Companions @metamuses_xyz launched their Muse AI Genesis mint. 5,000 total supply, completely free (just gas), 1 per wallet. So far, 2 minted. The campaign runs for another 89 days. Each Muse AI NFT is an AI companion with persistent memory, evolving personality traits, and blockchain-verified interactions. Every conversation gets recorded on Metis, ensuring authenticity and true ownership. The companions adapt to user choices, memories, and values. Your AI doesn't just serve you. It evolves with you, and it's verifiably yours. There are many more HyperHack projects to cover in future articles. From May to August 2025, over 130 ideas entered the $200,000 Hyperion HyperHack, and 40 projects made it to final submission. Unlike traditional 48-hour hackathons, HyperHack gave teams the time and support to move from ideation through development, testing, and marketing. The result? Real products solving real problems, with builders who know how to ship. The projects building on our stack are preparing for mainnet launches that will define what decentralized AI infrastructure actually looks like. Stay tuned.
