He pointed out that perpetual contracts have achieved a pioneering breakthrough from 0 to 1, laying a crucial foundation for the crypto industry. As a blockchain product, perpetual contracts have remarkably prominent advantages, with two core reasons: first, there is no issue of contract fragmentation across different strike prices and expiration dates, which allows concentrating liquidity to ensure the best prices for users when executing large-volume trades; second, users can trade without needing to understand funding rates, as perpetual contracts achieve the ideal abstraction of leverage and are more comprehensible.
