GoPlus Discord Security Incident Notice & Resolution Dear GoPlus Community Members: Incident Summary: On October 15, 2025, at 6:00 AM (UTC+8), GoPlus's Discord Moderator account was compromised through unauthorized access. The attacker used the stolen permissions to impersonate official team members, post phishing announcements, and alter Discord invite links. The GoPlus security team immediately took responsive action upon discovery. At present, there have been no user losses. In addition, all relevant platforms have updated the latest official Discord links. Immediate Actions Taken: 1. Updated Official Discord Link - Replaced across all platforms with a new secure link Official Discord (only authentic link): https://t.co/cmbfzzmjXi 2. Comprehensive Content Audit - Conducted a thorough review and update of all historical articles, announcements, and links to ensure all information directs to the correct official channels 3. Enhanced Security Infrastructure - Restructured Moderator permission configurations, implemented stricter access control mechanisms, and strengthened security training for Moderator members Future Prevention Measures: 1. Establish stricter regular security review mechanisms and more rigorous role-based access control systems 2.
