SWARMS AI FOUNDATION: Community-Governed, Agent-Augmented Funding for Web3 × AI Swarms AI Foundation is a decentralized, community-governed foundation — not directly backed by @swarms_corp. We were formed by contributors who collectively raised $SWARMS to fund and steward work at the intersection of Web3 and AI. Our mission is to accelerate reproducible research and practical builders through agent-assisted discovery, curated project support, and automated funding. Autonomous agents help surface proposals, run reproducibility checks, and produce risk/sanity analyses; governance and human reviewers retain final authority through voting, timelocks, and multisig controls. Funds are managed and redistributed according to rules set by the community: grant tranches are milestone-based and auditable on chain, protocol revenues are transparently allocated, and contributors can participate in governance or stake to support the ecosystem. We prioritize reproducibility, accountable decision-making, and safety guarantees such as refundable proposal bonds and periodic audits.
