Ecosystem Spotlight: June Drop Robinhood’s onchain, dark pools got real, and LATAM’s running on stablecoins. Arbitrum Everywhere hit differently in June. Let’s dive in Robinhood Goes Arbitrum Robinhood went live on Arbitrum One, offering tokenized stock trading for EU users, marking a significant milestone in the convergence of TradFi and DeFi. Robinhood plans to launch its own dedicated Arbitrum chain soon, cementing one of the strongest commitments from a TradFi giant to public blockchain rails. This is not Robinhood supporting crypto the asset. This is Robinhood utilizing crypto tech to grow and support its business. The stablecoin-powered SuperApp is redefining cross-border payments with over 1M downloads and a thriving user base across the region. Built on Arbitrum, El Dorado bridges stablecoins like USDT and USDM to 80+ local finance apps across Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Panama, and Peru. It’s now the fastest-growing P2P stablecoin marketplace in LATAM, offering a real fix for hyperinflation, high remittance fees, and broken banking. No more RPC delays, gas juggling, or endless wallet prompts. GMX Express fixes all of this with a new execution layer that bypasses RPCs entirely. It also introduces support for using stablecoins and other custom tokens for gas, starting with USDC alongside WETH on Arbitrum. Renegade Finance: Pioneering Dark Pools Onchain dark pools are shaping up to be the next big wave. @cz_binance might’ve floated the idea, but Renegade is already shipping it. Live on Arbitrum, Renegade is a new kind of DEX where privacy comes standard. Your trades, your balances, are kept fully confidential through a true onchain dark pool. Because alpha moves best in silence. Spiko Surpasses 100M TVL Arbitrum just hit an ATH with over $300M in RWAs tokenized onchain. Leading this trend is Spiko’s EUTBL, which jumped $30M overnight, leading with ~43% market share of all tokenized assets on Arbitrum. Spiko is turning RWAs fully onchain, starting with tokenized EU & US money market funds: Euro T-Bill (EUTBL) and U.S. T-Bill (USTBL). Just halfway through 2025, and they’ve already crossed $100M TVL on Arbitrum! USTBL is catching rapid traction with Web2 and Web3 startups across Europe, APAC, Africa, and LATAM. Ostium Surges Past 12B in Trading Volume RWAs are heating up, and Ostium is leading the charge. The popular perpetual futures exchange for RWAs on Arbitrum has smashed past $12B in cumulative trading volume. Built for the new era of onchain finance, Ostium lets users mint synthetic assets backed by real-world collateral like tokenized Treasuries and stablecoins. MXNB Hackathon: $40K Up for Grabs The MXNB Hackathon is a 4-week sprint for devs to build the next wave of payment and DeFi apps using MXNB, the leading Mexican peso stablecoin. Builders focused on Arbitrum, take note: there’s a special Arbitrum Bonus Track just for you to flex what’s possible onchain. Launched in May by Bitso, MXNB brings a Mexican peso-pegged stablecoin to Arbitrum. It’s a major unlock for financial access and borderless payments in inflation-hit parts of LATAM. That’s a wrap on June. Builders, stay tuned. July’s already cooking. Arbitrum Everywhere.
