TLDR: AGIP-10 is introduced as a vesting/unlocking schedule proposal to establish a rate limiter of newly minted AGLDs. The vesting schedule proposed below, if passed, would not determine the actual rate of community holdings reaching circulation. It simply indicates the maximum possible rate of release, which shall not be exceeded.
