[Farcast] I would say prio 1 should be to get something, ideally multiple things, other than twitter to be stable and successful across wide userbases. Bluesky is great, so so far it's strongly western-left-coded (at least, as far as I can tell). Farcaster is relatively niche. If we can organize as a community and get some alternative to succeed *once*, that itself serves as a demonstration: the network effect moat is not as large as they think, if we as a community have a strong enough reason we can overcome it, and if needed, we can do it again.
