My stats: • 989 total yaps • 160 on the Yap overall leaderboard, 134 this week • Given right to mint one Kaito NFT now worth 7.1 ETH Here's what I've noticed about the system for giving out yapsso far: • Kaito has something called a "smart follower". These are people that tend to be in the social graph of other people with a high degree of reach/influence. • Yaps are given when you get "smart engagement". So you can study your list of smart followers and think about the type of content they might be interested in. • For me, this was actually not by making a lot of Ronin content but more-so discussing general macro trends and highlighting other teams • You cannot really farm these, which is good, because that would hurt the longevity of the platform. you want it to reward quality engagement and this system optimizes for that • I got a lot of yaps from the @virtuals_io <> @jaihoz_ launch indicating interest from the broader crypto space Token? I don't think a Kaito token has been confirmed yet but an NFT that they only allowed customer and top yapers to mint is currently trading all the way up to 7 ETH. This may foreshadow a token drop and Yaps would be a perfect way to distribute these tokens. So I'll continue to be earning yaps and will also look at signing up @jaihoz_ for it as well.
