Ondo Foundation would like to note in advance to the community that, in the coming days, there will be a variety of locked ONDO transfers in preparation for the first release from the Global Lock-Up. These transfers are primarily for the purpose of locked token holders diversifying custody and taking other security precautions, and to release tokens from escrow. As a reminder, all Ondo Finance private investors and service providers are and continue to be subject to the Global Lock-Up. The Global Lock-Up is as follows: 20% unlock on January 18, 2025 and 20% on each annual anniversary thereafter until all locked tokens are unlocked. These planned transfers do not represent any changes to the existing lock-ups and we're sharing to keep our community informed.
