Did you know that Bitcoin flows through ZKsync Era? ₿ @symbiosis_fi’s native Bitcoin bridge allows users to move $BTC between chains by wrapping and unwrapping it through @zksync Era. For example, if you’re bridging $BTC from Bitcoin to BNB Chain: 1️⃣ $BTC is locked on the Bitcoin network using a BTC Forwarder, securing the transaction. 2️⃣ The Symbiosis Relayer Network detects the lock and mints an equivalent amount of $syBTC on ZKsync Era. 3️⃣ $syBTC is locked on ZKsync Era and bridged to $BTBC on BNB Network Symbiosis’s implementation uniquely combines ZK-proofs with a non-custodial and decentralized architecture to secure cross chain $BTC transactions.
