With this, access to DePIN AI compute resources is crucial to build out ZKML capabilities, and ARPA has chosen Phoenix & SkyNet provide the underlying infrastructure. With this, ARPA has made a commitment to acquire and stake 50,000 PHB within the vicinity of a week.
