Grayscale/NYSE have yet to refile 19b-4 on Grayscale Bitcoin Trust… Original filing was Oct 2021. If filing is still considered “live” (since no refiling), why shouldn’t Grayscale be first spot btc ETF to launch (by a mile)? Also paved way for everyone else via court victory.
