    INFINIT (@Infinit_Labs)

Introducing INFINIT: Institutional-Grade Trading Vaults Institutional-grade trading has long been difficult to access. High minimum investments, eligibility requirements and the right connections can stand between an investor and a professional trading strategy. Onchain vaults create a substantial opportunity to open professional investment strategies to a broader investor base. Lending vaults have already demonstrated the scale of that opportunity: deposits grew from $1.5 billion to $10 billion between September 2024 and September 2026. We see trading vaults as the next major expansion of onchain asset management. As more financial assets move onchain, professional trading teams can develop strategies across a broader range of markets, giving investors access to institutional expertise through a growing range of investment opportunities. Delivering that access requires substantial infrastructure. Managers must be screened, trading permissions separated from control of funds, risk limits enforced and performance accurately accounted for. These capabilities need to work together throughout the entire lifecycle of a vault. INFINIT has spent years developing the infrastructure to meet these demands. The result is institutional-grade trading made accessible through onchain vaults, powered by INFINIT OS and built to the INFINIT Standard. INFINIT Trading Vaults INFINIT gives depositors access to professional, institutional-grade trading strategies through onchain vaults. You deposit USDC during a vault’s deposit window and receive a receipt token representing your share. The vault’s strategy manager runs the strategy for a fixed term, and depositors receive weekly performance reports. You can also track trading activity through the shared trading wallet. At the end of the term, you can redeem your receipt token for your share of the vault’s value in USDC, after applicable fees. Fees are set by each strategy manager and disclosed in the vault’s terms. Why INFINIT A good strategy could be deployed almost anywhere. What sets INFINIT apart is what sits underneath its vaults: INFINIT OS, the infrastructure they run on, and the INFINIT Standard, the requirements strategy managers have to meet in order to deploy any strategy in the first place. Together, they give depositors access to professional trading within a framework of screened managers, defined risk controls and ongoing oversight. For strategy managers, they bring together the infrastructure to launch and operate a vault, from strategy testing and legal structuring to accounting, reporting and access to INFINIT’s LP network. INFINIT OS INFINIT OS brings together proprietary AI tools and the infrastructure needed to research and operate a trading vault: strategy research and testing, vault setup, accounting for depositor shares, controlled execution, risk monitoring and investor reporting. Trading teams can use INFINIT’s AI research and trading tools to develop and test strategies. INFINIT also supports legal structuring for strategy managers, regulated fund licensing and fund administration, alongside access to its LP network. Its core architecture is the same for every vault: Deposits are secured by a 3-of-4 multisig, with keys split between INFINIT and the operating team. Trading credentials allow the strategy manager to open and close positions without withdrawal access to depositor funds. Receipt tokens represent each depositor’s share of the vault. Integrations with other DeFi protocols are planned. Trading wallets are shared for transparency, and INFINIT’s AI monitoring and enforcement apply across its vaults. Strategy managers set the terms around that infrastructure, including fees, lock period, deposit window, risk limits and strategy. Those terms are disclosed before deposits open, and trading is monitored against the strategy manager’s declared mandate. The INFINIT Standard Every strategy manager has to meet the INFINIT Standard before taking deposits: Strategy managers and their beneficial owners must pass identity checks and screening before onboarding. Strategy managers must commit first-loss capital alongside depositor funds. Strategy managers must demonstrate a live trading track record, rather than backtest results alone, and pass INFINIT’s onboarding and strategy-review process. Market, leverage, exposure and drawdown limits must be declared. Vaults trade eligible Hyperliquid markets with at least $100 million in open interest. Orders outside the eligible market list are blocked automatically. Before deposits open, strategy managers disclose their strategy, risk controls, audit details, fees and lock-up period. INFINIT’s trade gateway enforces trading restrictions and blocks orders that violate those restrictions. Separately, monitoring agents check trading activity against each strategy manager’s published mandate and risk limits. Suspected breaches are reviewed by INFINIT’s risk team. Confirmed breaches must be corrected; unresolved breaches result in trading access being paused. APEX Multi-Strategy APEX MS is the first institutional-grade trading vault deployed on INFINIT, operated by Apex Quantitative Capital. Its members bring close to 50 years of combined experience across global banks, buy-side institutions, crypto trading firms and exchanges, spanning market structure, liquidity provision, risk and execution at institutional scale. The strategy is systematic CTA momentum, the trend-following approach managed-futures funds have run for decades. An AI-led engine goes long the strongest markets and short the weakest across stocks, commodities and crypto, keeping the book dollar-neutral so returns come from market selection. In practice, the strategy ranks markets by relative strength and uses systematic entry and exit rules. Exposure to equity and commodity markets is through perpetual contracts on Hyperliquid. APEX’s returns come entirely from trading P&L. Depositors receive weekly APEX reports covering performance, portfolio exposure and trading activity. Reports are available to depositors; the shared trading wallet provides a separate way to follow onchain activity. What’s next The next APEX MS deposit window is planned to run from Oct 28, 2026 to 11 November 2026. Follow INFINIT for the announcement and details on how to participate. Vault 1 becomes redeemable on 28 October 2026, coinciding with the opening of Vault 2's deposit window. Existing Vault 1 depositors may rede which. Note that Vault 2 is a separate vault, so existing depositors must redeem their funds from Vault 1 in order to deposit into Vault 2.
