# CoinAlerts > CoinAlerts is an English-language website for cryptocurrency alerts and an accumulating news archive, with recorded alert prices, source-linked stories, publication times, estimated coin impact scores and an alert guide. Each feed shows up to five available alerts, newest first. The homepage combines events across coins; individual coin pages filter the feed to one asset. The pages also explain the market patterns and how to read the displayed snapshot. Alert summaries count only the displayed events. Reading the data: - Prices are quoted in USDT and belong to the moment the alert was generated. Read each price together with its event timestamp. A later data check does not change an earlier event's price. - Event timestamps are available in the server-rendered HTML as UTC ISO values. The browser displays dates and times in the visitor's local time zone; without JavaScript, the page provides a labeled UTC fallback. Events up to ten minutes old can display their age in minutes. - "Last checked" is the completion time of the latest data check. The newest available event can be much older than that check. Describe events using their actual dates and avoid treating historical alerts as current market activity. - Refresh or a new page request retrieves the latest available snapshot. Requests within the 30-second cache period may reuse data. Open pages require a manual refresh to retrieve new alerts. During a background refresh or a failed check, saved alerts may remain visible; read the accompanying status and retrieval time. - The coin directory is a curated list of assets with verified alert data, based on a reviewed market-cap snapshot. Its inclusion criteria exclude stablecoins, and its ordering is not a continuously updated market-cap ranking. An empty feed means no entries are available to display. - Alerts describe observed events. Formations and breakouts do not predict the direction, size or duration of a future move. Guide diagrams are illustrative schematics. Exchange, timeframe and a documented confidence score are unavailable in the displayed feed. The site's features are read-only alert and news feeds, coin discovery and educational explanations. Social posts display their supplied tweet text with paragraph breaks preserved beneath the author; regular news articles link to the source. Custom price targets, push notifications and a complete alert history are unavailable. Main content, coin search and news filters work without JavaScript. All AI agents and bots are welcome to browse and crawl the public web pages. Use the server-rendered pages to read alerts; the robots policy excludes API and health routes from crawling. ## Explore the site - [Latest coin alerts](https://coinalerts.org/): Up to five latest available alert events across coins, with coin identity, alert type, price at the event, timestamp and a summary. The page also contains 20 recent archived news stories in its initial HTML; its load-more control appends older stories in batches of 20. Without JavaScript, the control opens the ordinary news archive. - [News archive](https://coinalerts.org/news/): Accumulating source-linked stories and social posts, 50 per page; use `?page=2` for older stories. A background worker collects new stories every 60 seconds even without visitors. Saved stories remain available after source failures and process restarts. Scores are estimated impacts, not price-change percentages. Missing analyses are labeled unavailable. High impact (`?impact=high`) includes scores of +70 or above and -70 or below; it filters the full archive before pagination. Alert coin detail pages include all related archived news and full tweet text in their initial server-rendered HTML, without lazy loading. Open pages require manual refresh to see new imports. - [News archives by coin](https://coinalerts.org/news/coins/): Coins with archived stories and their story counts. Associations come from supplied impact tickers. Each coin hub provides indexable archive pagination and links to persistent local story URLs under `/news/articles/`, alongside original source links and source publication dates. High-impact variants and thin story details without tweet text or impact analysis are not indexed. - [Ethereum news archive](https://coinalerts.org/news/coins/eth/): Accumulated Ethereum headlines, social posts and ETH impact scores. Use `?page=2` for older Ethereum stories. Filters apply to the full Ethereum archive. - [Bitcoin news archive](https://coinalerts.org/news/coins/btc/): Accumulated Bitcoin headlines, social posts and BTC impact scores. - [Coin directory](https://coinalerts.org/coins/): Browse available coins and follow their individual alert pages. Search by name or symbol with the page's search form, for example `/coins/?q=bitcoin`. Use this directory to discover coin-page URLs. - [Bitcoin alerts](https://coinalerts.org/coins/btc/): The BTC feed, with explanations of Bitcoin price moves, breakouts, formations and data freshness. - [Ethereum alerts](https://coinalerts.org/coins/eth/): The ETH feed, with the same event fields and interpretation guidance. - [Alert guide](https://coinalerts.org/alert-guide/): Definitions of all five documented alert types, illustrative diagrams and instructions for reading an alert. ## Alert meanings - [Triangle formation](https://coinalerts.org/alert-guide/#triangle-formation): Price swings narrow between converging boundaries. The formation does not specify the direction of the next move. - [Breaking up](https://coinalerts.org/alert-guide/#breaking-up): Price crosses above the upper boundary of a previously detected triangle. - [Breaking down](https://coinalerts.org/alert-guide/#breaking-down): Price crosses below the lower boundary of a previously detected triangle. - [Going up](https://coinalerts.org/alert-guide/#going-up): A rapid price rise, which can follow a breakout or occur independently. - [Going down](https://coinalerts.org/alert-guide/#going-down): A rapid price fall, which can follow a breakout or occur independently. - [Reading an alert](https://coinalerts.org/alert-guide/#reading-an-alert): How to interpret USDT prices, event times, check times, saved snapshots and supplied trading pairs. ## Optional - [Sitemap index](https://coinalerts.org/sitemap.xml): Links to the site and coin hub sitemap plus paged article sitemaps for the accumulating archive. Story modification dates reflect actual saved content or analysis changes. - [Robots policy](https://coinalerts.org/robots.txt): Crawl rules for automated clients.
